DESIGN - URBAN CONTEMPORARY BACHELOR PAD
DESCRIPTION
Our client reached out to us to create a comfortable and cozy home for his luxury high-rise apartment in downtown Jersey City. The rental unit offered a great open floorplan and tons of natural light. However, the boxy room construction lacked interest. We introduced a neutral color palette, various finishes, and elegant pieces to create a cozy, contemporary living and dining area. The large scale art and greenery finish off the design.
The before + after photos below demonstrate how excellent space planning and the right custom design can breathe life into a cookie-cutter space.

A SANCTUARY IN THE SKY
The finished product is now a welcoming and comfortable place that truly feels like home. Excellent space planning and multi-purpose furnishings create a highly functional room. Despite the apartment's smaller size, the clean lines, glass furnishings and minimal decor maintain an open and airy feel. There is ample seating for game nights with the guys or, hosting a gathering with family and friends. The dining area seats 4-6 people. A truly warm and inviting place to call home in a busy city.
